Randal Kolo Muani, who was just one striker linked with Manchester United during the January transfer window, is reportedly increasingly unlikely to join Juventus from Paris Saint-Germain on a permanent basis.

Arriving with big plans to get Man United back on the front foot, Ruben Amorim has had to work with what he inherited. Even with a January transfer window giving the opportunity to recruit an attacker it was the club's decision not to rush into a deal, avoiding the reckless spending of old to improve the Profit and Sustainability (PSR) position for the future.
With the next summer transfer window approaching there are ambitious rumours in place to set up a big business period at Old Trafford. Whether it turns out like that remains to be seen.
In the winter, a move for Kolo Muani was considered but in the time it took for Man United to move pieces like Marcus Rashford and Antony around the board, they were too late.
The Frenchman initially shone with 26 goals and 16 assists for Eintracht Frankfurt, all whilst helping France's run to the 2022 World Cup final. In turn he secured a £64.2m move to his homeland's capital.

There he struggled with a lesser return of 11 strikes in 54 appearances and shown the door in January, he made the short-term loan switch to Italian giants Juventus.
With five more goals in his first three Serie A appearances, the striker said: "It's incredible to be here!"
He continued to be a key starter under manager Thiago Motta, however with the Old Lady trapped outside of the Champions League spaces in their division he has been recently sacked and replaced by Igor Tudor.
The 26-year-old did not make it off the bench for the new coach in the latest match against Genoa with other options favoured in a changed system.
Subsequently, La Gazzetta dello Sport report that Kolo Muani's stay in Turin appears set to end with the loan's completion, without a permanent move going through at the end of the season.
Over in France, RMC Sport add that PSG have no plans to reintegrate the player therefore they are going to have to find a solution when the next window is open.
And Amorim, perhaps in search of a new leading man, can watch this situation play out and hope that more boosts fall the way of himself and Man United.
